Paul X McCarthy is a technology entrepreneur, author and adviser to the Australian Government. He has over twenty years experience in innovation leadership roles at IBM, SIRCA and CSIRO. His book Online Gravity, published by Simon & Schuster explores how online marketplaces, networks and data is changing the economics of industries everywhere. He's an Adjunct Professor at UNSW Australia in the School of Computer Science and Engineering where he advises on technology innovation and start-ups.

Rasika Amarasiri is a leading technology executive and full-stack web developer. He has over twenty years experience in large scale, global big-data, academic and research-related software development, and engineering. His career has spanned across multiple disciplines and institutions including SIRCA, Monash University, University of Moratuwa and the Sri Lankan Domain Registry. He has an extensive understanding of the academic arena being in the industry for over a decade both as an academic and in academic support roles. He has a PhD in data mining from Monash University, Australia, a MSc and BSc (Hons) from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Head of Marketing
Nicholle McNiece is a successful marketing and business executive with extensive global experience. She has worked in prominent leadership roles across information technology, academia, and finance within Australia, Japan, the USA and the UK. Nicholle holds a Wharton Certificate of Professional Development focused in Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and brings a unique global perspective of the importance of talent acquisition to League of Scholars. Passionate about the performing arts, Nicholle is trained in classical voice and musical theatre, and a graduate of The Royal Academy of Music in London.
Principal Research Associate
Elaine has a demonstrated history of working with large-scale data analytics projects using Financial Services Data, Natural Language Processing and a variety of approaches to Machine Learning. Previously, she worked with CSIRO’s Data61 as a researcher working on large scale data analytics projects for NSW Government, She was awarded a master's degree focused in Quantitative Finance & Business Analytics from The University of Sydney.
